I am the founder of Babybird Sleep and I have experience with hundreds of families providing sleep support with evidence-based and gentle sleep shaping and coaching techniques to improve infant sleep starting from the newborn stages through the pre-school years. I provide online programs and 1:1 zoom consults and continued coaching for families. I am also a mother of a girl and twin toddlers.

I am an Early Childhood Family Educator in St. Paul Minnesota. In MN we have a unique statewide family education program called ECFE where children birth to 5 years and their parents/caregivers come to school to learn together and separately. Early Childhood teachers and Parent Educators support parents in being their child’s first and best teacher. Families connect with one another, build community and take time to reflect on their child’s development, parenting and the kind of parent they would like to be. Our St. Paul program serves very diverse families of all backgrounds. In my career as a parent educator I have focused on infant and toddler development. As an Early Childhood Educator I have extensive experience teaching children birth to 5 years.

I provide COSP for all parents, but specialise in working with parents and families who have children with additional needs or who experience social emotional and behavioural difficulties.

I am a registered psychologist working in private practice. I offer individual sessions for parents.

As a mother of three young children, Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) has become my go-to tool in navigating the beautiful chaos of family life. I love how its content distills complex parenting concepts into easily digestible language and visuals, offering caregivers a shared vocabulary and understanding. I use COSP to create a safe haven where caregivers can come together, share their struggles and triumphs, and form genuine connections.

My journey working with children and families started over 20 years ago, and I have worked with hundreds of families providing, support, guidance and care.
I am passionate about empowering parents by providing education and skill development to equip them with the tools they need to confidently manage their parenting challenges and enhance their family relationships.
My professional background together with my own journey as a parent provides me with a deep understanding and respect of the challenges faced by many parents, the importance of maternal mental health and the significance of the parent-child relationship.
I offer a sensitive approach respectful of your family’s values and beliefs to assist parents to build a secure attachment in the parent child relationship.

I work for a Infant Mental Health Team (Parent Infant Relationship team) and specialize in the 0-2 age range.
We deliver COSP in groups to parents who have been referred to our service. We also deliver COSP as an individualized program to parents one-to-one in their home. This would be for parents who are unable to join our groups.
We promote COSP in the district where we work to all practitioners by talking to them about it so that they can then encourage parents to attend the course.
