As a Developmental Therapist, Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant, and Caregiver Coach, I want to help you feel empowered and ready to do your best for the children you care for everyday. Supporting relationships, enhancing social emotional learning, addressing challenging behaviors, and adding more joy to your parenting are just a few of the topics I walk through with my clients. I provide Early Intervention services, Mental Health Consultation in daycare settings, and 1:1 parent coaching through my company, Wonder Brightly. I also work in the Child Psychiatry Department at Lurie Children’s Hospital, specializing in care for our autistic patients and pediatric patients navigating behavioral and emotional challenges while on the medical floors. Circle of Security Parenting™ program has changed the way I parent and practice and is a foundational learning experience for all the relationships in your life. The Circle of Security Parenting™ course prioritizes relationships and the power of secure attachments, enhancing our ability as caregivers to be curious, connect, and create joyful experiences with our children. By emphasizing that it is never too late to improve your relationship with your child, the COSP model is full of hope and possibilities. Courses are offered in person or via Zoom and can be delivered to individuals, couples, or groups.

I have worked as a Therapist for the NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). Here I saw first hand how important it is for parents to take an active role in understanding themselves so that they can help their children make sense of the world and their feelings. As a parent myself I know how difficult it can be explore how our parenting styles can impact our children. Doing a parenting course can be a scary step to take towards fostering a great relationship with our children. With this in mind, I take a compassionate, non-judgemental and accepting approach to facilitating sessions.

I can conduct sessions online via Zoom, or in person at a venue. I can also offer sessions on weekday evenings.
