I am currently supervising a Case Management and Permanency team with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. As a part of this I offer training to staff for Circle of Security and how to incorporate this information in their assessment and work with foster, pre-adoptive, and biological parents. Additionally, I help to observe and assess parent/child relationships in visitation to help support the development of plans to support the efforts of reunification. I have facilitated several staff trainings through a Circle of Security group format. Additionally, I have facilitated COS parent groups and in home services.
