Neisha Cass Counselling + Equine Assisted Therapy aims to provide a connection from inner vulnerability to someone and somewhere safe and supportive.

I believe that we each have unique windows of tolerance, narrow or wide, depending on our experiences and it is our aim through therapy to support people to widen their window, and grow their capacity to thrive.

My approach as a therapist combines Counselling, Equine Assisted Therapy, Somatic Attachment Focused Expressive Therapy, Art therapy, Sand and Symbol Therapy, Trauma Informed Guided Drawing, Mindfulness and Neuroscience. I work with both somatic body and brain processes using evidence based practices and interventions to provide trauma informed counselling and psychotherapy.

I will be providing Circle of Security Parenting courses mid 2023 in Brisbane, Tallebudgera Valley and online.

The Circle of Security ParentingTM (COSP) is an early childhood attachment program primarily designed for caregivers of children who are four months of age through to six years old. The program is delivered to individuals/couples or groups (6-10 parents) over an 8 week duration with 90 minute sessions each week.
