Through a compassionate, attachment-based approach, I help parents like you feel more confident, connected, and supported in their journey.

In my work, I integrate Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) principles into therapy sessions, helping parents navigate challenges like tantrums, emotional regulation, and behavioral struggles with greater confidence and connection. By shifting perspectives from behavior management to attachment and emotional security, I empower parents to meet their child’s needs while also honoring their own.

I have also completed specialized training with Postpartum Support International (PSI), equipping me to support new parents, perinatal mental health, and the postpartum period. I understand the profound shifts that come with parenthood, infertility, and loss, and I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for parents to explore these emotions while strengthening their family bonds.

Primarily in clinical supervision and teaching social work MSW and PhD students to alert students and supervisdes to opportunities to use COS.

I work in the early childhood education and mental health field, serving young children 0-6 and their caregivers. Many of my clients are immigrants and low-income families. I also work with court-involved families and children in foster care. My groups are offered in-person and online during regular business hours.

I work for a rural community agency located in Perry, Oklahoma. However, we service all of Noble County. I lead parent groups such as COS, Love and Logic, Strengthening Families and Celebrating Families.
