At educate-U, we want to be a part of your village, seeking to reassure, guide and nurture you and your family. We endeavour to create supports for your parenting experiences. Our rich and diverse range of services include: tailored home and family management and behaviour strategies, facilitating the COSP course – either in small group settings or privately with parents, counselling, mentoring, educational support, assessments, tutoring and workshops. We recognise that these support components are immeasurably precious and invaluable when raising a child.

My practice is called Balanced Life Psychotherapy and is located inside the Pueblo Plaza Center. I specialize in working with children ages zero to ten and their families. I have been a COSP facilitator since 2015. I am also a COSP Classroom Facilitator for teachers. I believe in the power of relationships and know the importance of having security. I enjoy going through this course with caregivers to increase knowledge and confidence.

As an Early Intervention Allied Health worker, I see the daily relevance of Circle of Security Program with my clients as being key to a holistic approach to the work that I do with neurodivergent children and their family/ carers.

My work focusses on early childhood development and building parent capacity, using COS as a foundation to intervention sessions. With a passion for family focussed environments, key skills around building confidence, encouraging reflection in a gentle manner, and providing relevant and useful strategies.

I am local to the Illawarra region and available for parent evening and weekend groups. Feel free to reach out for an initial enquiry on how I can support.

My team provides Circle of Security Parenting, as well as Circle of Security Classroom. Most of our groups are in the evening and are virtual, as requested by parents and providers. We are experienced with providing Circle of Security Parenting for parents who are DHS-involved, both individually, and in a group format.

As someone deeply committed to supporting families and understanding the intricacies of attachment, I believe my education, experience, and knowledge make me well-suited for guiding you through this transformative parenting journey.

I have undergone specialized training in attachment theory and interventions, ensuring that I bring a nuanced and informed perspective to the Circle of Security Parenting course. This training has equipped me with practical tools and strategies to help you navigate the unique dynamics of your parent-child relationship.

I create a safe and inclusive space where your experiences, concerns, and triumphs can be shared openly. I am genuinely passionate about supporting parents and guardians in fostering secure attachments with their children. I work in a multidisciplinary team named KinderenCentraal in Antwerp. I love using COS as a tool in individual and couple therapy for caregivers.
