I am employed in preschool care as a consultant/social worker. On daily basis I work with children and parents, also with preschool teachers. Working with the most volnurable population I know how much safe attachment is important and how many times we lack the skills for that. I help teachers and parents to understand the child’s needs and how to connect to the child. I started practicing COSP at my work environment as help groups for parents (free of charge for our parents). Hopefully in some years I will start my own practice for helping parents with COSP programme also outside my work environment.
I am a mom of three and this programme made me see my parenting in whole different perspective and I like it.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with 25 years practice experience during which I have maintained a passion about working with perinatal and infant mental health, early childhood development and adjustment to parenting. I have additional training in couple psychotherapy, developmental psychiatry and parent-child dyadic work. I am a Registered COS-P Facilitator and have completed the COS-I Assessment training.

I find COS-P an extremely valuable intervention to support parents and children because of the way it presents the ‘story’ of attachment in simple and pure terms, and helps participants understand it further through their own experience. COS-P has been well received by the parents I have shared it with who generally find it informative, hopeful and empowering.

I run COS-P in group, couple and individual formats for parents, and do so in both face-to-face and telehealth modes.

I use COS-P in my work with families in Maloe Stad, Enebacken, an institution for treatment of families w children 0-12 years old.
