I provide groups for the ECHO and Family Center Early Childhood Council in Canon City, Colorado.

I am a perinatal mental health peer worker at Peach Tree Perinatal Wellness. Peach Tree provide peer support to parents during pregnancy and from 0-5.

Works with parents of children between 0 – 7 years and pregnant women.

As an experienced early childhood practitioner in the early years sector, I am passionate about the connections between children and early childhood educators. Circle of Security is a necessary foundation for all educators to support every child to feel safe and secure to learn, grow and thrive.

The Circle of Security Parenting (CoS-Parenting) helps parents to build their awareness of how their child is communicating with them and supports parents in developing an understanding of their role in supporting and encouraging their child. CoS-Parenting empowers caregivers to be ‘Bigger, Stronger, Wiser and Kinder’. Focusing on supporting children’s emotional development so they can feel safe and secure to become a confidant learner.

As a Classroom Facilitator of Circle of Security, I am passionate about engaging educators in reflective practice to help them develop an understanding of the importance of being with children. When educators are able to notice what they see, understand how to respond in an appropriate manner, they can then support the emotional needs of children who become confident to learn, develop and thrive.
