I am a Pathways and Projects Coordinator at Integreat Queensland, Australia where we help people who have moved from another town, state or country to get involved, feel welcome, learn new things and contribute to a strong local community. We help new and existing residents come together through connections to make friends, share skills and culture and build relationships that benefit everyone. Through our Healthy Communities pillar we assist newcomers and local families to develop skills and experiences, meet other families and learn how to make their families more resilient. One of the ways we do this is in partnership with the Capricorn Communities for Children Facilitating Partner. Capricorn Communities for Children Facilitating Partner is funded by the Australian Government and facilitated by The Smith Family, to deliver the Circle of Security Parenting Program.

I am an Expressive Arts Therapist working with children, youth and families, and offering Circle of Security Parenting workshops for caregivers. Some of the modalities I incorporate into my practice are Expressive Arts Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy and EMDR.

I support maternal wellbeing and can offer groups and 1:1 sessions in Llandudno, North Wales or virtually if requested. Appointments are evenings and/weekends.
I have a special interest in perinatal mental health.

Sanctuary Aus provide flexible delivery of Circle of Security to meet the needs of each family. I can provide the program at night – after the children are in bed, or during lunch breaks or on the weekend.

I have delivered Circle of Security online to parents all over Australia, including in rural and remote locations. Happy to work with individuals or groups of family and friends. The price is the same for an individual or a group. I have extensive experience (personally and professionally) working with adults and children on the Autism Spectrum.

I have been delivering the Circle of Security Parenting Program for around a decade and have loved working with all the parents and families I have trained.
