I have been working with families, babies and children for 20 years as a teacher, play therapist and parent-infant psychotherapist. I currently work for the NHS in the perinatal service and I have trained extensively in attachment theory specialising in Infant Mental Health.
I offer evening online Psychotherapy for parents and EMDR trauma therapy.

I have been a Circle of Security facilitator since 2016. I am an endorsed Infant Mental Health practitioner practicing in Las Cruces, NM. I facilitate the COS program through virtual or in person meetings as well as groups or individual meetings.

I teach in St. Paul Public Schools. I have worked in the Early Childhood Family Education program for over 20 years with a culturally, linguistically, racially, and socio-economically diverse group of families. ECFE serves families with children ages 0-5 year old with weekly classes of education and support in child development, parent development and the parent (caregiver)/ child relationship. In 2022, I began a new role in St. Paul Public Schools as an ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) teacher. CoS is a natural fit for the ECFE and ECSE program as children learn and develop in the context of their primary relationships. I am beginning my journey of implementing CoS into my daily work and am available for group or individual sessions with families. I am also trained in the Circle of Security Classroom approach and am available to facilitate this in early education and childcare settings.

Qualified Occupational Therapist. Trained in COSP parent groups and classroom program for teachers. Specialist skills working as an OT with daycares and Kindergarten groups, First Nation Australians, children with developmental delays and neurodivergence, sensory processing and social-emotional challenges.

Hi, I’m Julia. I am a Clinical Psychology registrar who has a special interest in perinatal mental health and trauma. I have seen how empowering COS is for parents through facilitating the groups at my role in a public maternity hospital, and I am excited to deliver COS privately to parents too. I can be contacted to run groups during business hours, evenings, and weekends, and also deliver COS individually to parents or couples. A Medicare rebate is available for people with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan from their GP for individual psychology. I am based in Fitzroy North, Melbourne.
