CREATE Counselling offers counselling, art therapy and psycho-educational presentations and groups. Providing an engaging, empowering experience using creative, relational interventions. Specializing in attachment, emotional intelligence and healthy family relationships.
The Circle of Security parenting is one of the groups offered by founder and certified COSP facilitator Kathryn Kazmerik. Individuals and couples can request the program through our counselling services or groups (for example parenting groups, church groups, childcare providers) can request the program be brought to a location convenient to them. Please inquire about day and time availabilty.

In addition to my work with adult clients for substance use disorders and criminal justice populations, I use the Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) approach to support parents in developing secure and nurturing relationships with their children. Overall, I am dedicated to providing effective and personalized support to adult clients with substance use disorders and individuals within the criminal justice system. Through the use of COSP, I am able to offer innovative and flexible solutions that empower individuals on their journey towards recovery and reintegration.

I work for my community and state through my organization-Seeds for Change. I offer classes and trainings by meeting people where they are (their communities, on-line, in-person, groups, individual, etc.), and when they are available (flexible days/times). I encourage relationship building with all humans in our lives. My dream is to create positive cycles of parenting.
