I work in a Community Health team providing targeted and sustained centre and home visiting for parents with young children and complex needs. I work specifically in a perinatal and infant mental health model and provide individual and group Circle of security parenting education.

As a Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s in Educational Administration and Leadership, I use the Circle of Security Parenting™ (COSP) framework to help parents build strong, secure relationships with their children. I specialize in supporting mothers, single parents, and families navigating disabilities, while also working with fathers to enhance their parenting skills.

I offer flexible group options, including evening and weekend sessions, both in-person and virtually, creating a supportive, judgment-free space for growth and connection. My approach focuses on culturally responsive care, fostering trust and resilience in families.

Providing 2 COSP sessions a year to families in Central Alberta. Evening or daytime groups.

I am a Family Peer Advocate. I support families who may be in need of help seeking food pantries, housing conditions, translation, filling out paper work etc. I would use COSP for a group to help parents understand their child better and themselves. Help with how they can go about things differently. Especially first time mothers.
