Tess Cini is a maternal health occupational therapist providing services online to women, mothers, parents and birthing individuals. She is a Seasons of Matrescence Educator and Guide and holds a certification in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health. Tess is registered with OT Australia as well as AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). She has a special interest in the mother/baby dyad and the transition to and through motherhood. Her Circle of Security Facilitator training has enhanced the ways in which she views and supports this transition. Providing practical strategies to enhance the bond between infant and caregiver. With a deep reverence for dispelling conflicting advice pervading the current parenting paradigm, Tess sees Circle of Security parenting as a way for parents to step into their authentic, heart centered caregiving role. COSP is offered both 1:1 and in groups, predominantly online – but face to face for some clients pending location. Group times and dates vary, so please check the website for upcoming offerings.

I originate from the Social Worker world working many years through the Dept. of Health & Human Services for the State of Nebraska. I have a passion for helping families, especially parents in navigating the ever changing world we live in now. I love to run my courses with a very open mind and heart, allowing all perspectives and experiences to be heard and valued, and helping parents gain the confidence and tools to move forward in their parenting journey. I enjoy leading evening classes but am open to all different times of day too allow the flexibility I know is needed in today’s world of Parents ever demanding schedules. I look forward to making a lasting impression in your very own Circle of Security experience.
