Having graduated from Hong Kong, Mandy has accumulated over a decade of experience working with multicultural and ethnically diverse families in both center-based and school settings. She has recently relocated to Toronto to further her professional journey.

We will have parenting courses in the evening from September, so I must have access to the “circle of security” website. I tried to log in, but unfortunately I cannot. Could you help me on this?

I am an endorsed Infant Mental Health Specialist and thoroughly trained trauma therapist with 10 years’ experience. I support children, families and individuals of any age looking for help managing depression, anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, life transitions, parenting struggles, and relationship challenges. I am trained in many evidenced based therapies. One of my specialties and passions is supporting families in understanding how to develop and maintain a safe, healthy attachment with their young child. There is hope for feeling better, connecting more securely, and finding peace!

I have been facilitating COSP for nearly 10 years in groups and individual sessions. Additionally, I have taken the COSP Classroom master course. As a clinician, I place a primary emphasis on attachment regardless of whether I am working with a child or an adult. Circle of Security gives a clear map with common language for facilitation of growth of self and with others, especially within adult-child relationships. I particularly enjoy working with couples where we can build hands supporting hands for the home to strengthen the overall reward of implementing COSP.
