Completed COS four (4) days Facilitator training in 2014, and COS two (2) weeks Assessment & Treatment Planning training in 2016.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Little Minds Family Therapy, LLC, a private practice that provides developmentally appropriate mental health treatment to young children and their families.

I work for Child and Family Health with Nurses and Social Workers supporting mums with young babies and toddlers at home and to meet other mums in the community. And I have now started my other love and passion.
 I am a coach empowering Separated Mum’s to Move Forward by supporting them to find their self-love, worth and love for life with their young children. I help them to understand their children’s emotional needs and how they may be reacting to the different situation they are in now. I HELP MUM’S KEEP THEIR CHILDREN THE CENTRE OF THEIR WORLD.
i facilitate the Circle of Security Parenting course with the mum’s as one of my tools to build a better understanding of their children, their relationship, and support them to build a strong relationship and attachment with their children.
