I have a decade of experience working with families of children and youth focusing on creating healthy dynamics and building the bond between parent and child.
I bring specialized knowledge in somatic work to help families build resilience and protect against stress through embodiment practices. Families learn how to build reflexes of resist the overwhelm of stress and anxiety, empowering them to create a calm and happy home environment.

I am a private practice counselor working with individuals and families ages 13+. I use COSP as a foundation in every case where I am working with parents and teach COSP groups to my own clients and community members.

I am a registered psychologist with over five years of experience working with children, adolescents and families to support and facilitate behavioural change, knowledge and emotional support. Particular areas of focus include trauma, neurodiverse and Out of Home Care foster clientele.

I am the Family Engagement Program Coordinator for the Broomfield Early Childhood Council. I have been supporting parents for over 15 years in Broomfield and Boulder Countis with home visits, facilitation of parent support groups and parenting classes. I work collaboratively with the Broomfield Library to facilitate Baby Toddler Play Time and the summer Play and Learn, as well as providing parenting classes at the Detention Center. I love meeting caregivers where they are at and helping them see how amazing they already are. In addition to COSP I facilitate Positive Solutions and Incredible Years programs in Broomfield County.
