I run evening groups via tele-health to support working parents. I like to keep the size small, 6-8 max participants. I also use COSP individually in sessions as needed.

ARROS works alongside parents with cognitive disability to present the COSP one on one either in a formal training mode or through supporting people in their parenting.

Hello! My name is Bruna Sardenberg, I am an Early Childhood Teacher with a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (Birth–5). I have dedicated my career to supporting the emotional and developmental needs of young children through meaningful, nurturing relationships. I am a certified Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) facilitator, and I use this framework to support caregivers in reflecting on their parenting approach, deepening their connection with their children.

I am a strong believer in the power of relationships and the transformative role empathy plays in early childhood development. My approach centres on empowering adults with the tools and insights they need to foster strong, secure relationships with the children in their care. By helping caregivers feel more confident and connected, I aim to support lifelong emotional wellbeing in families and communities. I bring warmth, respect, and a deep understanding of early childhood to my work, creating safe, non-judgmental spaces for caregivers to grow, reflect, and connect.
