Psychology Now is a private practice operating in the northern beaches of Sydney. Speciality areas include attachment focused work with parents and children/adolescents, attachment focused work in adults, eating disorders/body image, anxiety and depression and relationship difficulties in families and couples.

Circle of Security is used as a stand-alone purposely for attachment focused work or incorporated into other therapies to enhance the work being done.

I work with families, couples and individuals.

I am honored to be a facilitator of Circle of Security, providing a conversation about parenting with an open mind. Hi I’m Lyndsey a Circle of Security facilitator a little over a year now. I have delivered one course and have plenty of experience facilitating other parenting courses.

Jemma is an youth outreach Counsellor offering a collaborative approach, working with Parents alongside their children. Jemma also runs COSP parenting groups in the Bega Valley Shire, NSW, AUSTRALIA under the organisation – Marymead CatholicCare Canberra & Goulburn

I am an Early Intervention Supervisor with the CDSA of the Blue Ridge, and I have been working with families and children for over 20 years. I am a member of our CDSA multidisciplinary team, providing developmental evaluations in the home, where we are “Being With” the family and child in their natural environment. I also provide direct services as a COSP facilitator to caregivers of children ages birth to 3 who are enrolled in the North Carolina Infant Toddler Program. I am honored to be a part of such a valuable profession that helps to support the needs of the child and family. I love the Circle of Security, as it has taught me so much about myself and my relationships with others, and now that I am a facilitator, I find joy in Being With caregivers as they seek to learn and grow to support their child’s needs.

Aware Space is a OT service that enables you to connect to yourself and your child and strengthen your relationship and through collaboration and reflection. Occupational Therapy is a person-centered and holistic practice focused on improving a person’s quality of life through engagement in meaningful activities. By focusing on the parent behind the parenting and the child behind the behaviour, I help bring an awareness to yourselves and the space you in so you can live your most wholehearted lives. We prioritise creating a safe and inclusive space where children can be themselves and parents can feel welcome and understood.
At Aware Space you can learn COSP in a face to face setting or through online virtual groups which are run one a week on an evening through QLD school terms.
