With over 13 years of experience in social work, I have found my absolute passion to be supporting the parent/caregiver-child relationship. So much of who we are, how we see ourselves and the world, and how we relate to others, is influenced by our relationships with our primary caregivers as we are growing up. I have such a deep respect for parents/caregivers that are longing to feel closer to their children, whether that’s in assisting them through difficult behavioral challenges or recent diagnoses such as ADHD or autism, strengthening the bond and attachment, adjusting to a familial shift such as divorce, blending, fostering and adoption, or desires to address your own attachment wounds and learn more about how your own upbringing impacts how you parent. I specialize in working with couples/those in relationships/families, however also support single and solo parents/caregivers. I am LGBTQIA+ and poly affirming, and work within all types of relationship and familial dynamics. In our work together, we will use Circle Of Security Parenting as a guide and roadmap to explore the ways your past and your own upbringing impact your parenting, the struggles you may be feeling in connecting with your child(ren) and the barriers making this tough, and the use of evidence based techniques to build upon your child’s innate need for your love and care, your insight into your parenting style, and the bond you wish to have with your child.

I offer individual, couples/relationship, and family sessions, with groups coming in the near future. I have flexible availability to meet your scheduling needs, with early morning, evening and some weekend availability.

I am a social worker with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. I have been facilitating Circle of Security in Australia and New Zealand. I am a specialist in working with people who have experienced family violence, intergenerational trauma and/or homelessness. I can work with individuals, couples, and groups. I am able to offer services online via video call or in person (depending on location). I generally offer services on evenings and weekends. I am happy to facilitate Circle of Security using materials in another language but just be aware I only speak English! Please feel free to contact me with any queries.

I am a certified Circle of Security Parenting™ (COSP™) Facilitator, passionate about supporting parents and caregivers in building secure, meaningful relationships with their children. With over 10 years of experience in education, counseling, and community development, I bring both professional expertise and deep empathy into every session I facilitate.

My academic background includes studies in Special Psychopedagogy and ongoing training in Clinical Assessment and Systemic Couple and Family Psychotherapy. I’ve worked as a school counselor, NGO project manager, and trainer—roles in which I’ve supported families, educators, and children in navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

As a COSP™ facilitator, I guide parents in understanding their child’s attachment needs, while helping them explore their own emotional responses in a safe, respectful space. I believe in the transformative power of connection and reflection, and I’m committed to creating a non-judgmental environment where growth can truly happen.

In addition to facilitating parenting groups, I’m also an accredited personal development counselor and experienced trainer. I offer COSP™ programs both in Romanian and English, online and in person, tailored to the needs of families, schools, and organizations.

My work is rooted in the belief that every parent deserves support and every child deserves connection. I’m here to walk alongside those ready to take that journey.
