I work directly as a therapist supporting children and young people and their families; as well as providing systemic support through consultation and training for schools, social care, and other CYP services.

Hello! I am a bilingual Mental Health Counselor and have been in the field for over 7 years. I have experience providing family and/or individual counseling to adoptive/foster families, biological families, and at-risk youth. I also own a parent coaching business which focuses primarily on educating parents and caregivers about the importance of building a healthy attachment with children beginning from birth-age 5. After families have learned the basics of attachment, I utilize COS-P (Circle of Security Parenting) to help them understand how meeting a child’s needs fosters trust, security, and healthy attachment. This is done by helping parents understand the child’s behavior as a way of communicating an unmet need. Parents/caregivers then learn about the different needs on the “Circle” and how to respond to the unmet need. Feel free to contact me for individual or group sessions.
