I offer COSP groups online and in person.

I am a clinical psychologist in private practice who has been working with children and families for more than 10 years. In my practice, I work with adults, children, and families, with a particular passion for working with parents to become more reflective and mindful as a means to improving their relationship with their children. When not at my private practice, I am a psychologist at a school and day treatment program for children and adolescents where I am the supervising psychologist of the therapeutic nursery program. I plan on offering a COSP group on Wednesdays at 1pm virtually.

I work in private practice with adults and also for Barnardos Ireland Post Adoption Adult Service.
I Offer COSP support to adoptive parents of children under the age of 11 years. I am Theraplay Level 1, NVR – ( non violent resistance ) trained

I facilitate groups for parents and educational staff

I have been working with families, babies and children for 20 years as a teacher, play therapist and parent-infant psychotherapist. I currently work for the NHS in the perinatal service and I have trained extensively in attachment theory specialising in Infant Mental Health.
I offer evening online Psychotherapy for parents and EMDR trauma therapy.

Sarah runs COSP individually with parents. She also uses COS principles to support parents to reflect and make sense of their own experiences of development and being parented. Through this reflection, parents learn to be able to differentiate their own history from their child’s needs, and are better equipped to meet the needs of their children. Importantly, this leads to long-lasting positive impacts on a child’s development and significantly, can impact generations.
