I work as a family therapist in a suburb of Stochokm. My experience that COS makes it possible for many parents and caregivers to rethink and use the knowledge and apply it in everyday life with their children. It gives hope.

I am an experienced and accredited Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist specialising in Compassionate and Empowering Online Parent Support.
I use Circle of Security in my individualised work with parents.
I also run online Circle of Security groups for parents and carers.
I have options for daytime and evening groups available.

I integrate the Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) framework into my work with parents and families, helping them understand their child’s emotional needs and build secure attachments. Using attachment-based, trauma-informed approaches, I guide parents in recognizing their own triggers, repairing ruptures, and fostering emotional security in their children.

I provide actionable strategies for strengthening relationships and improving emotional connection. My goal is to create a compassionate space for parents to deepen their bonds with their children and build resilience as a family.

I am able to facilitate individual and group (minimum 5 participants) COSP sessions as my schedule allows (daytime and evening availability). I am currently conducting COSP sessions virtually.

I am currently working with the North Bay Indigenous Friendship Centre, I am a Healthy Babies worker who will provide parenting class to both parents, single and together. I will offer parenting class in group settings and individually. The position I hold assists families in goal setting and following through with achieving their goals. I offer referrals, support and advocacy, as well as education and awareness on various topics. The mandate of the Centre is to better the lives of Indigenous people living in an urban environment. The role of a Healthy Babies worker is to provide home visits which is bridge that links the resources of the community with the safety of home environment, empowering even isolated parents to build a better future for themselves and their children. Home visiting promotes early learning – one family at a time. Home visiting gives families access to their communities. We provide culturally appropriate and wholistic support, the program begins during pregnancy and is carried through the critical years of early childhood education. It is designed to offer opportunities for healthy childhood development through participant based program activities.
