I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker offering:
1) Circle of Security Parenting Program to parents and caregivers.
2) workshops and supervision to: social work students, social workers and human service workers (e.g. support workers).

Providing support to local parents through regular COSP sessions. Get in touch for what is coming up.

I use COSP as part of a learner series in our Parent Education through Family Futures. This is complimented by other programs such as Count to 10 Anger Management, Managing Motherhood, Infant Massage, Connect, and Each One TEach One among other programs.

supporting children and families with parenting

I have been a practising Psychologist for over 10 years, working across the lifespan. I love my work and am passionate about the role of attachment and relationships for children, parents and every human on Earth! I also love that unhelpful relationship patterns and behaviours can change and develop with knowledge, reflection and support. Circle of Security is an amazing tool for nurturing the parent/carer-child relationship, leading to happier kids, carers/parents and families. I can share the Circle of Security parenting program with you individually; and the next face-to-face workshop is commencing July 14th 2023 in Frankston. Please contact me for details.

I work one to one with adults and young people and I draw on the principles of COSP to help clients better understand their own personal developmental history and how this impacts on them when the become parents.
I also run COSP groups for parents, I have a special interest in parenting children with additional needs.

I love to share what I know about the COS model with other parents! I use COSP both with individuals and in groups. I try to run two groups a year- one in the fall and one in late winter. Please reach out to me for more details!
