I have worked with the birth to 5 population for 20 years including children with special needs. I have facilitated COS since 2012 using group and individual methods. I have used zoom and in person. For the last 20 years Stephanie has worked in both the UK & Western Australia in the community services field in the realm of education and family support. Stephanie has facilitated 1000’s of workshops for parents, professionals and students and presented on a wide variety of subjects. Topics range from child development and family relationships to navigating the effects of trauma and impacts on brain development and attachment. She also runs her own consultancy business providing bespoke health and well-being workshops to clients.
I have particular interest in ‘fathers only’ COSP and have run many successful, well attended groups.

Inspiring generations of resilience from wombs to classroom, I serve as a Parent Coach and Educator with a Trauma Informed perspective teaching parents, parents to be, and care takers virtually on Zoom.

I specialize in working with families impacted by trauma and severe stress. With over 30 years of experience, I currently focus on a somatic, full-body approach to regulating our emotions and arousal. I love to support parents and only wish that Circle of Security had been available to me and my partner when we were struggling.
