I use COSP private and in my job as a “Programveileder” for refugees in Norway. I will be working with entire families and also individual if there is a need for that.

Run a playgroup within our community two times a week and once a week for 8 weeks our COSP sessions on a term to term bases. Working with families within our community to provide tools to enhance their parental skills and gain growth in confidence and knowledge.

Hello! My name is Celleste and I am the owner/founder of Duluth Perinatal located in Duluth, MN. I am a certified perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C) and licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). My practice is devoted to perinatal mental health, healing from birth trauma, navigating fertility challenges, and healing relationships through attachment and emotionally-focused techniques. I utilize the COS-P curriculum with individuals, couples, and groups of parents looking to strengthen their relationship(s) with their children and to gain better understanding of how their experience being parented informs how they parent their little ones.

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor and Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate who has a private practice working with families and individuals to support the needs of each individual family. I host group COSP sessions at my offices location and implement the strategies of the Circle of Security when working with parents.
